Biography

I live in Roy with my amazing husband and 3 wonderful children but I was raised in the small town of Woods Cross. Education has been a huge part of my life and I have worked in grades Kindergarten through 12th grade over the years. I am currently finishing up dual licenses of Special Education and Elementary Education degrees. I have two siblings and they are both deaf and while I was at SLCC I learned American Sign Language and love the opportunities I have had to use this skill. When I am not studying school, working or taking care of my family, you can find me trying new recipes, baking yummy desserts, canning salsa with veggies from my garden, making freezer jam, caring for flowers in my yard and spending lots of time with my family outdoors. I am excited for my new adventure at Bridge Elementary, to work with the amazing staff and get to know the students.
