NON-DISCRIMINATION ASSURANCES
Completion and submission of a lottery application does not guarantee admission to, or constitute acceptance in, Bridge Elementary.
Bridge Elementary is a public school open to all Utah students without discrimination and on the same basis as other public schools that may not discriminate in admission policies and practices. The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) enforces four federal statutes that prohibit discrimination in programs and activities that receive federal financial assistance from the Department of Education (ED). Bridge does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, proficiency in English, national origin, sexual orientation, or age.
Admission, enrollment, and transfer procedures will comply with Utah Code.
School of Choice: As a school of choice Bridge recognizes our model is not the right fit for every child. Some children thrive in the collaborative learning pod experience complete with multiple transitions daily, while other students may find the large learning pod with multiple transitions provide sensory overload and is not the ideal learning environment for the child. Parents and guardians need to carefully determine if the learning model provided by Bridge is the model that fits best for their child.
