Biography

Howard Stephenson is a retired Utah state senator who was the "father" of charter school legislation as well as legislation introduced to provide schools and teachers with computer aided instruction to help teachers implement a personalized learning environment for reading and math. Howard currently travels across the country and the world to share his experience regarding the success of personalized learning.
