Allison brings over twenty years of experience working with children, families, and educators to her role as the Behavior Specialist.  Allsion was born and raised in Utah, but has also lived in Oregon & Alaska. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development & Family studies as well as a Master’s in Developmental Psychology and is certified in trauma-informed care. Allison is passionate about helping students develop social-emotional regulation and behavioral skills through positive, supportive, and collaborative approaches. She believes in building strong partnerships with teachers, parents, and students to create a community where every child can thrive. Outside of school, Allison enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, camping, hiking, and rafting.  She loves to travel, is a die hard Oregon Ducks football fan, and is always down for a good theme party.  This role is an absolute dream job for Allison and she can't wait to meet all the families and children while helping to create a strong, welcoming, and safe environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.
