The Bridge Elementary Board of Directors is a non-profit governing body made up of caring and experienced community members established to oversee the implementation of the school charter as approved by the Utah State Office of Education. The Bridge Elementary Board oversees the financial health of the school. The Audit and Finance Committee is comprised of the Board President and the Financial Coordinator. All budgets are approved by the Board and published on the Utah Public Finance website.
All Bridge governing board meetings are public meetings. Although not required by law, during most board meetings the public will be provided an avenue for comment at the beginning of each meeting. Public comment is limited to three minutes and must follow Bridge's Board Rules of Order and Procedure.
Meetings and agendas are posted at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance and include the time and location. Bridge follows the Utah Open Meetings Act. If you are interested in receiving an automatic e-mail or RSS feed whenever the Bridge Board of Directors will be having a public meeting, you may visit the Utah Public Meeting Notice website and search for Bridge Elementary.
