I have been in education for the past 16 years in the role of SpEd. teacher and also Special Education Director.  I have a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Ed.  I have a master’s degree in Curriculum Instruction. I have a national certification in dyslexia through the Orton-Gillingham Institute.

I am a wife to a very kind and hard-working man, a mom to 4 amazing kids and 3 cute son-in-laws, and I get to be a grandma to 3 sweet grandsons! I love to re-do old furniture. I love lighthouses.  I love spending time with my family more than anything!
