Biography

Lance Eastman has his Master’s in Business Administration and loves teaching and education.

He has previously served on similar elementary school boards and believes in the importance of

staying involved. Currently, Lance is the Associate Vice President of the Training Division at

Davis Technical College. He is an advocate of competency-based education and primarily

works with all the DTC educational programs to ensure articulation and accreditation.

Mr. Eastman’s professional background includes working as an instructor of automated

manufacturing and electronics, and in the operations management department. Lance has a

true appreciation and gratitude for those he works with and feels fortunate to be able to serve in

leadership roles. Lance is excited to support Bridge Elementary and believes that it is never too

early to help children become learners and leaders.
